A typical session lasts ab out 45 minutes long and is usually scheduled once a week at a regular time. The length of therapy depends on your particular circumstances or issues and on the goals that we set. Some clients come for just a few sessions for added support during a challenging time. Others come and go from therapy as needed. Some see benefit to long-term regular appointments as part of their self-care plan. At the first session, it usually becomes clear how frequently a person may like or need to schedule their sessions.
